When you (personally) have credentials and expertise, and your management colleagues are active and engaged on the business – it's sometimes challenging to identify a need or justification for engaging with consultants.

Our Business Pulse ProcessTM
It's best to summarise what our Consulting Division does by saying that it helps your business develop, stabilise or speed-up its 'pulse'. We call it the Business Pulse Process, and this is the fundamental way in which we approach our consulting engagements.

High performing companies rely on processes to map their way to profitability and growth. To achieve the correct level of momentum energy is required and this energy has to be matched with the company's ability to deliver – the pulse.

So how does WDG Azure Consulting implement the Business Pulse Process? Here's the short version:

1. Value Creation: First we map the way your business operates – identifying your business' processes for delivering its products & services to customers and tracking the ways in which the parts of your business interact with each other to fulfill customer need. There are 2 parts to the mapping process: a). Obtaining a deep understanding of what your customers value in your 'offering category', and b). Establishing which is the most profitable configuration of your resources to deliver value.

2. Investment: Next we identify what investment needs to be made and what parts of the business need to be configured to deliver. The key to implementing the Business Pulse Process is to ensure that each business function has the financial backing it needs to be successful – this obviously includes human capital.

3. Operational Integration: 100% operational integration is a 'state' that is near-impossible to achieve – we view this as a positive, nothing should stand still. The reality of growth business is that it is dynamic and demanding. We work with your business to establish how it should 'flex' as it goes forward to support the delivery of enhanced customer need.

4. Launches and Re-launches: Whether the launch is a simple point in time when everything has to be ready by, or a fully integrated company-wide launch, the key is to ensure that a date is set for everyone to work towards and that the effect of your company having implemented the Business Pulse Process is recognised by current and future customers.
